Kurt Rosa Bian

“I completed a bachelor's and master's degree in Information Science at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. After that, I started working at a temporary employment agency where you learn to work with the Mendix platform. For example, I built web applications for various companies as a Mendix developer and I was also seconded as a developer at Boozt24.

In my free time I am mostly very sporty. I like to be on the water. Since I was fourteen, my father started me windsurfing. We still do that together, but we are real seasonal surfers. Sure, in the winter you can put on a thicker wetsuit, but I prefer to go into the water when the sun is shining and there is a breeze.

At Boozt24 I fulfill the function of Senior Mendix Developer. Together with Pieter, Darren and Mark we work on Boozter 2.0, the expansion and improvement of the Boozt24 platform. Within our development team it is my job to tackle the technical aspects, such as the rough programming. Every day I am busy developing a more effective and future-proof platform.

As a team, you work together to achieve new goals and build the system every time. It is great fun to create something from nothing together. The goal is to eventually build a stable and versatile Boozter that is user-friendly for both my colleagues and our customers.”
